Version 1.1 — Last updated: 04/07/2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of LAIA – Lamason Assistant IA, an artificial intelligence assistant for WooCommerce stores offered through a WordPress plugin and associated cloud-hosted services.
LAIA is provided by LAMASON AGENCY S.A.S., CUIT 30-71600146-2, hereinafter "Lamason", "we" or the "Provider".
By registering, starting a trial, subscribing to a plan, installing the plugin or using LAIA, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Where a person uses LAIA on behalf of a company, they represent that they have sufficient authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.
LAIA lets you query, analyze and manage information related to a WooCommerce store using natural language.
Depending on the subscribed plan, LAIA may offer features such as:
Available features may vary depending on the plan, plugin version, granted permissions, store configuration and the availability of external services.
To use LAIA you must register an account and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for:
Actions performed from an authenticated account are deemed authorized by its holder, unless unauthorized access has been previously reported.
While your account remains active and in good standing, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to install and use LAIA on the number of sites allowed by your plan.
The license does not imply the sale or assignment of the software, source code, infrastructure, designs, models, documentation, trademarks or other components of LAIA.
You may not:
We may offer a trial license with a limited duration, number of sites, queries or features.
Trial conditions are shown during registration. When the trial ends, some features may be suspended until you subscribe to a paid plan.
The availability of a free trial does not guarantee it will be offered again for accounts, sites or companies that have already used one.
To work, LAIA needs to connect to your WordPress and WooCommerce installation and be granted certain permissions.
By installing and connecting the plugin, you authorize LAIA to access and process the information needed to answer your queries and execute the features you request or enable.
The scope of access depends on:
You are responsible for keeping adequate backups of your site and reviewing the granted permissions. LAIA does not replace a file and database backup policy.
LAIA uses artificial intelligence systems that operate probabilistically. For that reason, an answer may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for a particular case.
Before using an answer or executing a recommendation, you should especially verify:
LAIA is an assistance tool and does not replace legal, accounting, tax, financial, labor or other professional advice.
You must not use LAIA as the sole basis for decisions that produce legal effects or significantly affect a person.
Some features may allow LAIA to create, modify or delete information within WooCommerce.
Where an action requires confirmation, it will only be executed after you approve it. Where you configure an automation or autonomous feature, you are deemed to have pre-authorized the actions covered by that configuration.
You are responsible for:
Each plan may include limits related to:
When a limit is reached, we may restrict new requests, temporarily reduce some features or request a plan change.
No additional charges will apply for overages that have not been previously communicated and accepted.
Paid plans are billed according to the period indicated at the time of subscription.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically and the corresponding amount is charged to the registered payment method.
By subscribing to a recurring plan, you authorize the payment processor to make the corresponding charges until you request cancellation.
Prices, currency, taxes and the characteristics of each plan are communicated before you confirm the subscription.
When a payment is declined, we may retry the charge and send you a notification.
While an amount remains overdue, we may limit the service or temporarily suspend the license.
Suspension of the license does not extinguish payment obligations accrued beforehand.
You can cancel your subscription renewal from the panel, where that feature is available, or by writing to soporte@lamasonmail.com.
Unless another condition is indicated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. You may keep using the subscribed features until that date.
Uninstalling the WordPress plugin does not automatically cancel the subscription.
Periods already started are non-refundable, except where there is a billing error attributable to us or where applicable law provides otherwise.
We may change the prices, limits or characteristics of the plans.
Where a change affects a current subscription, it will be communicated before the next renewal. You may cancel the subscription before the new price takes effect.
You may not use LAIA to:
We may block requests or suspend accounts where there is a risk to security, the infrastructure, third parties or legal compliance.
You retain ownership of the data, text, images, files, trademarks and other content you enter into or connect with LAIA.
You authorize us to process them only to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, protect and improve the subscribed features.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and authorizations to use the data and content you provide.
We do not acquire ownership of your catalog, orders, customers, metrics or other commercial information of your store.
You may use the output generated by LAIA within your business, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
We do not guarantee that the output:
You are responsible for reviewing the output before publishing, sending or using it commercially.
To provide the service we may use third-party providers of:
These services are subject to their own terms, availability and limitations.
We cannot guarantee the permanent operation of platforms or integrations we do not control, including WordPress, WooCommerce and artificial intelligence model providers.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep LAIA available and secure.
However, the service may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, internet failures, third-party incidents, vulnerabilities, changes in WooCommerce or force majeure.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, LAIA does not include a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or a specific service level.
We may suspend or terminate an account when:
Where circumstances allow, we will inform you of the reason and give you the opportunity to remedy the breach.
LAIA is provided according to the features and conditions communicated.
We do not guarantee that all answers are accurate, that the service will remain error-free, or that the output is fit for a specific purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, commercial or security changes.
Relevant changes will be communicated through the panel, by email or by publication on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
Every clause shall be construed without affecting any mandatory rights the user may have under applicable law.
